I'm Jo Sear and I specialise in vocal coaching for rock, pop, soul and R&B singers of 12 years of age and up. I am based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Singers looking to improve their technique by working regularly with a voice teacher or vocal coach often have many questions about what to expect from their lessons, and - quite rightly - also want to know a little bit about the background of the teacher they will be working with. However, this can be difficult to do at length during lessons as it eats into the time allocated to the business of teaching itself!
This site aims to answer some of those questions and to introduce myself to my students.
